We process what you tell us yourself: name, email, phone, company and the content of your message. We need it to reply and to prepare a demo or a quote.

The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If we don’t end up working together, we delete the correspondence no later than 2 years after the last contact.

The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

The server the website runs on records technical data when you visit: IP address, time, page address and browser type. This is used only to run the website and protect it from attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The records are deleted automatically after a short time.

We don’t sell data or use it for advertising. Only these processors work with it:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting the website. Transfers to the USA are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
• The provider of the hello@werkum.eu mailbox.

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object, and receive it in a portable format. Just email hello@werkum.eu; we reply within one month at the latest.

You can lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz) or with the supervisory authority in your country.

This policy covers the website. Data that companies enter into the app about their employees is governed by the contract with each company.
